One Week : Ideal for small projects or urgent design needs, providing fast design support for five business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends).

One Month : A 31-day billing cycle offering unlimited design requests, processed one at a time, for business days only (excluding Saturdays and Sundays).

One Month Super : Includes all One Month benefits, plus weekend availability (Saturdays and Sundays included) and the ability to pause and resume the subscription as needed, ensuring no time is lost.

Typically, all the requests are done within two days or less. More complicated requests, though, take longer.

Choose one of our plans, and we'll create your personal Trello board right away. This typically only takes about an hour after you join. Once you accept the Trello invitation, you're ready to go ! Step-by-step instructions on how to request designs through Trello are available directly on the board.

My team of designers consists of leading professionals with overseas study backgrounds and extensive industry experience. I myself handle all the design without outsourcing and directly work with you to create bespoke designs to fit your concept. After you subscribe, you can have unlimited design requests in your queue, and we will do them one at a time.

We are aware that you might not have enough design work to keep you busy for an entire month. You might have only one or two design requests for now. That is where our "One Month Super" subscription plan can come in handy. Its pause subscription feature allows you to plan your service time at your convenience.
The billing cycle of the "One Month Super" is 31 days. For example, if you subscribe and avail it for 21 days and then pause your subscription, the billing cycle gets paused. That means that you have 10 days of service remaining, which you can use at any time in the future.

Large projects are divided into manageable chunks. These comprise complete architectural modeling and rendering, large estate visualization, etc. You'll receive deliverables within 24-48 hours until your project completion.

It depends on the type of project that we are working on. We primarily utilize the use of 3ds Max, SketchUp, Escape, revit,D5, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, ProCreate, and AutoCAD software.

We give you easy ways to submit design requests. You can submit via Trello itself, share Google docs or wireframes, or make a fast video (for those who prefer to hear it out). As long as something can be linked or shared via Trello, it's good.

Lantern Visual's service scope categorically does not include the following forms of design: building website interfaces, brand identity systems, dynamic interaction design (UI/UX), Webflow platform customization, mobile app interface engineering, and other purely digital graphic design work.

No problem! You can choose the Comprehensive Design Pro subscription plan. Once you complete your current projects, you can put your subscription on hold anytime and resume when you need new designs. In this way, none of your subscription time is wasted.
